Refunds
Deposits
We require a deposit for group or larger service bookings, or for clients with a history of late cancels or no shows. Typically 50% of the total, this deposit will be applied toward your service the day of.
Cancelations and Rescheduling
We respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduling.
Late Cancels (less than 12 hours) or No-Shows will be sent an invoice that must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.

Gift Cards
Only Gift cards from January 2017 until present are accepted. Previous Gift Cards will not be accepted as new ownership and booking software took place.
Gift Cards are like cash and we do not keep them on file. Take a picture of your gift card - we need the series of numbers at the bottom of the card.
