Refunds
Deposits
We kindly request a 50% deposit to hold any bookings of groups or services longer than 75min. No shows will be cashed out the full deposit total, no exceptions or transferring dates or clients on deposits for no shows. One waived late cancelation fee is honoured towards deposits on late cancels, and should a late cancel happen again your deposit will be applied to that days service and cannot be transferred to another date or client.
No Shows:
Our client's time and Aestheticians' time is important.
Let us know you need to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You will be given 3 confirmations, upon booking, confirmation 48 hours in advance, and 24 hours as a reminder.
* Once a no-show happens, your deposit is nonrefundable and is cashed out for the missed appointment. If no deposit was taken, you will be invoiced for a portion of your service that needs to be cleared for any future bookings.
Late Cancelations
We require 24 hours notice to cancel. Understandably, life happens and. we will honour one waive of cancelation fee. LC Fees are a portion of your service cost and will be invoiced to you to be paid prior to your next booking.
Gift Cards
Only Gift cards from January 2017 until present are accepted. Previous Gift Cards will not be accepted as new ownership and booking software took place.
Gift Cards are like cash and we do not keep them on file. Take a picture of your gift card - we need the series of numbers at the bottom of the card.
