Refunds
Deposits / Late Cancels / No Shows
We may require a deposit for group or larger service bookings, or for clients with a history of late cancels or no shows. Typically 50% of the total, this deposit will be applied toward your service the day of.
Should a late cancelation or no show happen, you forfeit your deposit in respect of spa and aesthetician time.
If no deposit was taken, we will send you an invoice that is to be paid prior to any future bookings.
As a policy, we respectfully appreciate 24 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduling. You will be given multiple notifications: upon booking and a day prior to your appointment.
Recurring LC or NS will result in refusal of future bookings.
Gift Cards
Only Gift cards from January 2017 until present are accepted. Previous Gift Cards will not be accepted as new ownership and booking software took place.
Gift Cards are like cash and we do not keep them on file. Take a picture of your gift card - we need the series of numbers at the bottom of the card.
